Tommy Lamb is a customer-centric lifecycle retention leader with 15+ years of experience driving measurable growth across ecommerce, marketplace, and subscription businesses. His work focuses on designing customer journeys that increase trust, loyalty, and long-term value—guided by the same hospitality mindset: thoughtful, deliberate, and personal, especially when things don’t go perfectly.

He has built and scaled retention programs delivering triple-digit revenue and profit growth for brands including Columbia Sportswear, PacSun, Riddle, Skullcandy, and Savage X Fenty. His expertise spans email, SMS, loyalty, and automation ecosystems—translating customer insight into systems that compound revenue over time.

Tommy holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and bachelor’s degrees in Marketing, Management, and Economics from Westminster University.
